I think it could be the last one probably. But you need not do any intense work out to just be fit. A small walk, good food other than the junk you keep eating and a lot of fluids could do the trickπŸ€—.

Stop for a moment and think. If all someone had to do was drink Apple Cider Vinegar to get abs... wouldn't everyone have abs ?

Each of these have other benefits like helping digestion for instance but they alone cannot burn fat. You only burn fat when you eat less calories than you spend. The body has to burn calories to make up for the difference.
So forget about melting belly fat ... it's not melting any fat !!!
The biggest problem is the expectation and frustration it creates. Today I read a letter wrote by a lady to one of my instructors that she's doing everything. She is drinking ACV in the morning and having green tea and she stopped eating rice but she's not losing weight.

Simple tip : ensure there's a protein and carb in each meal. Indian food always has fat so you don't need to worry about that.🍚
For belly fat - It is the LAAAAAAAAST thing you will see on your journey. Yep, the last.😊
So you need consistency and patience for MONTHS ... depending on your starting point.
Focus on being healthy and fit, the rest will follow
Secret: I don't drink any of these !! Not one ! But I do see quite a lot of changes in me!
