Hello guys again with my new blog, and presenting you the new topic of mine that is, “ Must Control our thought ”.

How many of you are still thinking something else and do it but it's so bad and finally in the end you fell like sh*t. (Word might sound bad, but our thoughts are that way)

It just shows that you have no control over yourself and it happens. But be a man or woman it shouldn't happen that wrong way.

It will pain you at first and it will end you, It's same like karma which follows you to the end of the world. Because, every good thing you do won't always be remembered, but even one bad thing about you will be remembered and it will not stop taunting you.

That would be even worse than death.(It will be the worst thing but it happens in someway).

We are the insects in the mother nature and she would support us, if we are in good path of living our lives. But if you are in this wrong controls, she will be the one to drag you down.

By control i mean, every action you take with your body and mind. Cut out the excuses and be good. We have to be good. A thing to do is, many people lose themselves over something like you know any external factor, alcohol and money etc.

If we are the one who lose our control over our body and mind, who would take care of it. We grow wild and worse. We are that humans who are made to do good to world or being good will do to.

Best ways to get this control are, and improve your focus:

1. Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique breaks work into 25-minute focused intervals, followed by a 5-minute break. This method keeps the mind fresh and helps maintain concentration for longer periods.

  • How to start: Set a timer for 25 minutes and focus on a single task. Once the timer rings, take a 5-minute break. After four sessions, take a longer break (15-30 minutes).

2. Limit Multitasking

Multitasking reduces the brain’s efficiency, making it harder to focus on individual tasks. Instead, prioritize single-tasking, where you focus on completing one task at a time.

  • Tip: Use a to-do list and block distractions (e.g., put your phone on silent or use apps like "Forest" or "Focus@Will") to help you concentrate on one task.
