Story of GOBLIN:

 is a fantasy romance about a modern day goblin (Gong Yoo) who seeks to end his cursed immortal life and needs a human bride (Kim Go Eun) to do so. His life then becomes intertwined with a grim reaper (Lee Dong Wook) who is unable to remember his past.

It became popular mainly of the star cast. The actors both male and female are popular faces on Korean television. The male lead, in fact, plays a ‘God’ who is in search of his wife. This wife of his is the only one who can lift the curse of immortality for him by pulling out the sword lodged in his chest.

The female lead is, as usual, the damsel in distress who is an orphan and looking forward to a Cinderella type of escape from her hardships. And voila, the God aka Goblin comes to her rescue at the drop of a hat or rather whenever she blows out a candle, matchstick or fire.

Apart from the fantasy and fairytale storyline, the OST for this series is exceptional. It does capture your attention and makes it more interesting to wait for the next scene or episode to unfold.

The handsome grim reaper who is caught between his past sins and his beautiful wife whom he has ordered to be killed unjustly in his past life is another storyline that adds to the flavor of this drama.

The chicken restaurant owner is not just the wife of the grim reaper in her past life but was also the sister of the Goblin. She is also the boss of Goblin’s wife in the present life.

Thus, 4 lives of 4 different individuals are intertwined by fate and each has to overcome their fates to achieve their destiny. The various twists and turns of their lives along with a great OST, acting, as well as a storyline, helped make Guardian: The Lonely and Great God the third highest-rated drama in Korean cable television history.

characters :

kim shin - the lonely and great god who's been alone all this time ,  he has been waiting for his bride to reach eternity. Kim shin has played his part well.

GRIM REAPER-  This character is my favourite because first he is so handsome and second his character is of cool type and it's perfectly uit him 

JI EUN TAK -  she is the female protagonist. She lifts drama really well by his cute  and innocent character.

SUNNY - my another favourite character .she is the pair of grim reaper .Both  really suit well ,and their screentime I really enjoyed it
