How To Take Back Control Over Your Life

Hello all, we all have some addiction whether it is good or bad  our life. But that addiction will give us some gratification to us. Probably, the dopamine that   gives us pleasure. 

Things like social media, and  games always increase our dopamine. Eventually, we get pleasure doing those things and it will change our routine life. 

So here are the steps to stay focus and to get rid of things which actually slow down your purposeful action. When we scroll throught instagram reels we literally don't know how much time we spent. This leads to procastination of our daily works. Sometimes we would be like not doing anything but lazily spent times in social media. Afterwards we would regret for the wastage of time but won't realize what action could be taken. 

So the step 1 is monitor the time while using socail media and minimize the time spending gradually and use it only for need. 

Step 2, Everyone has the habit of checking their mobile phones immediately after wake up. Turn off your mobile data before sleep and don't turn it on. 

Step 3, Instead of checking other stories in instagram and whatsapp write your own journal it will definitely help you to stay focused. 

Step 4: Organize your schedule so that you can monitor yourselves and make sure you have accomplished everything you listed down.

Step 5:  Set a timer for frequently used apps or things you do on the internet. It will gradually make you come out of it. So I have the habit of scrolling reels on Instagram but I will think this is the last one but the last one will go on.

That's all friends, so day I was late to college and I am in my waiting room to attend from second hour onwards. I immediately want to chnange my lifestyle otherwise my life would be hell. Serioulsy,I realize this today. 

And one more thing that I want to tell you guys is don't feel guilty for anything you have done,anyways past is past. So be happy and enjoy every moment. Eat well, sleep well, lead a happy life guys. Deconstruct yourself and go ahead. Have a happy life with problems that is a main thing. Because no one is going to have zero problems in their life.
