Hi readers here is my blog about wrong food combinations that we must avoid  enjoy reading and share the knowledge

Wrong food combinations are often subjective and can vary based on individual preferences and dietary restrictions. However, there are some combinations that may not be considered ideal due to potential digestive issues or nutrient absorption problems. Here are a few examples:

Protein and Starch: Consuming a large amount of protein-rich food (such as meat) along with starchy foods (like bread or potatoes) can lead to digestive discomfort. This combination requires different enzymes and stomach pH levels for digestion, which can hinder the process.

Fruit with a meal: Some people believe that eating fruit with a meal can cause digestive issues. The theory is that fruits digest faster than other foods, and when combined with slower-digesting foods, they can stay in the stomach for longer and ferment, leading to gas and bloating. However, there is limited scientific evidence to support this claim, and many people tolerate fruit with meals just fine.

Milk and citrus: Mixing milk or dairy products with acidic fruits like oranges or lemons can cause curdling or the separation of the milk protein, resulting in an unpleasant texture. However, small amounts of citrus juice or zest in dairy-based recipes (such as lemon zest in cheesecake) are generally fine.

High-fat and high-sugar: Combining high-fat foods (like french fries or fried chicken) with high-sugar foods (such as sugary beverages or desserts) can lead to an overload of calories, unhealthy fat, and sugar intake. This combination is not recommended for maintaining a balanced diet and can contribute to weight gain and other health issues.

It's important to note that while some food combinations may not be optimal, everyone's digestive system is different, and individual tolerances may vary. If you have specific concerns about your diet or digestive health, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized advice.

Here im sharing some of the 7 combinations food must avoid

1.Curd and Ghee - Ayurveda states that both ghee and curd are superfoods in themselves but their combination is harmful. Do this instead.

2.Tomato and Cucumber - If you often consume tomato and cucumber together then Ayurveda advises that you better stop doing so.

3. Fish and Milk - Does having milk and fish cause white patches? Check it out.

4.Water after Peanuts - Munch on some peanuts and it instantly triggers thirst. Yet, our elders would advise us to never drink water after having peanuts

5.Milk and Salt - Do you often suffer from skin problems? Checkout for this incompatible food combination in your diet.

6.RIce and Vinegar - Is Chinese fried rice your go-to meal? Or do you like eating sirke wale pyaaz with rice? If yes then be alert.

7.Jaggery and Milk - Are you drinking gud wali chai to avoid the harmful effects of refined sugar? Well, there is more to it.
