Hi friends today I am giving suggestions for your helath and that suggestion makes your better version of yours.

In today busy world you have   no time for your health but you have time for your mobile but the Mobile not gives you a better health.so start some excercise that helps you to make your health good. That's lead to dangerous to our life. If you are not fit it causes to many diseases in your body . If you are too faty then it causes many danger diseases which are capable for taking your life from you and skinny people also suffer from many dangerous diseases.

 when you do excercise it control many disbalnce hormone in your body.if your harmones are in balance way it means that you are healthy person . Do excercise for 1 hours in a day .Here I am suggesting some best and effective exercise which you can do it at home and make a good personality of yours .just follow the tips that I am giving to you.

Here is the list of exercise.

1-pushup.

2-pull-up.

3-squat.

4-crunches.

Do all exercise for 3 sets of each .

There are many types of pushups but you have to do these types of pushups- military pushup, diamond pushup.

These are four types of excercise I am suggesting only four excercise because this four excercise are experimentally effective exercise so i am suggesting you best excercise that make your body good looking.  which can do at one time of your day and it make you a better feel.

Benefits of this excercise are- By doing pull-up you can make your back more muscular not only back it makes your bad postures also good.

By doing pushup - you can make good chest , triceps and shoulder.

Pushup is a type of exercise that effect on many parts of the body.

By doing squat- when you do squat it targets on your leg muscles

By doing crunches- when you do crunches it targets your extra fat on your stomach  and if you do crunches then you will get six abs.

If you are fit then you will enjoy a good and healthy life .

You are helathy then you will enjoy the work which are you doing.if you are physically helathy then you are mentally helathy and the brain will work smartly.

Now we talk about our diet plan-1-take eggs which gives you protein in high amount and it helps you to make your more muscle. In one day you take about 3 white and one whole egg.

2-take soya-chunks this is good source of carbs and protein in less budget.eat 50gm of soya chunks it gives you good amount of protein and carbs to your body.

3-take oats and mix it with peanut Butter. Add it in your meal.

4-eat chicken not roasted or griiled. Boil chicken then eat it .

By eating Chicken it gives you good amount of fat,carbs and iron to your body .

5-Drink at leat 4 to 5 litres of water in a day.by drinking water it removes your facial problem and drinking water is good for health as you all know.

Forget all bad habits like - smoking  and drinking alcohol . taking drugs.when you take this type of things you feel good but slowly it ruins your life and take all happiness of your life and your family . If you are addictive to this then you want to take at all time of your day if you not getting at that time you going to be mad . You are not in control and you can do anything to get drugs , alcohol.

Now many people's are addicted to smoking and drinking including teenager. if you are enjoy your happiness of your life and stay with your family then you have to forget all bad habits in your life.

So starts it from today then you make yourself good version and enjoy a helathy life.

No one achieve there Dream in a short period of time. They all are you doing hardwork in there life then they get there Dream in their life .

If you are not doing hardwork in your life then how you achieve your dream.
