what is anxiety and how to deal with it ?
so here i go 6 months back i was in a group with them i was since 5th grade and they were my bestfriend but i never knew they were jealous of me that much that they bullied me so badly front of so many people i was so so shocked that how my bestfriends whom i love can do this to me ended up having major anxiety
day 1 of anxiety i was going zooned out i was not able to breath properly my heartbeat use to go crazy when i use to have panic attacts that is the worst
when you get panic attacks it feeling like a train is running from your body and you cannot do anything
But then i visited to physiotherapist
and after 3 months of medication i was completely fine
But my destiny wanted something more worst to get best out of me
2 month late on 3 april i lost my father and that was the worst the worst is less for me to express how i felt my dad was my entire world losing him was the worst imagine you are a 20 year old girl you are giving agne to your dad that is the worst feeling you will ever have it was the most terrifying moment of my life but this time i knew how yo handle this pain and walk more stronger
here are the things you should if you are in anxiety
1.if you get majot panic attacks please visit to a psychiatrist
2. Stop being with the people who give you anxiety
3.disconnet yourself from the places where negativity is
4.even if they are guilty for what they have done forgive them but never ever get back to them because dont forget they gave given you anxiety.
5. This is the time for yourself to left negative people now focus on your goal they were distraction
6. now choose honest people and real people
7 don't get attached to people easily.
8. talk to people
9. do workout go for run and eat healthy that is important
10. last but very important so many people get addicted to drugs alcohol in this period because they will that will help them but this not right that is making them more worst instead of getting into drungs and anxiety mediate and join something like dance or what ever which makes you happy.

Grief
Grief is the word i pray no one should face in their life. its been two months now i lost my dad here are the tips to face grief in life
