Hi bloggers, in today's blog I'm gonna share my experience of watching the eras tour movie.
The movie released on October 13 2023. I only saw it one month after the release. Because it didn't release anywhere near me. I and my friend had to go to a different state for it.
On November 17th, we had booked our tickets, we thought that the movie wouldn't be available but it was. On 18th, we went to that different state through public transport aka bus. We took another connecting bus to the mall that had the pvr theatre. The panic we had was real because we were in a place where people speak a different language, like I can't even have a broken conversation with the conductor or passengers. My only hope was my friend.
Okay now, we got into the mall at 3pm, which is exactly the show time. So we ran towards the theatre cause we don't wanna be late.
We made it in time. The movie started and we were screaming our lungs out. The theatre was so empty that there was no one else in our row. So I was just screaming on behalf of all the empty chairs cause I don't want Taylor to be disappointed. 😂
So we are screaming our hearts to the songs we love and we were silent during few lines cause throat ache. I swear my friend couldn't have heard Taylor's singing, cause I was screaming louder than the speakers. Actually, looking back I think I will not scream this much the next time, if there's one. I will sing as normal as possible and listen to Taylor instead of the screaming 😭, but it was just so much excitement after so much struggle, I wouldn't have been any better.
So we are watching the movie and Taylor pulls the “tolerate it” performance on us. The theatre just became pin drop silent, because everyone is emotional (atleast according to me). I was crying and then again out of NOoooowhere she pulls the reputation intro.
Oooooommmmmmyyyygoooodddd!
The way we all shrieked. The editing was so awesome, the snake. And the theatre became the exact opposite of what it was two seconds ago.
That was like one of the best moment. Another best moment was the transition between “Don't blame me” and “Look what you made me do”.
Don't blame me
Don't blame me
Don't blame me for what
You
Made
Me
Doooooo tan tan tantan tan tan tan
It was the bestest with camera and the lighting, it was pur-fect.
And then we got to screaming All to well for 10 minutes. ❤️
It was literally 3 hours of therapy. We had so much fun. I hope there's a part 2 that includes the TTPD set, cause that would be more funner.
And we got to do all the little chants.
Starting from proving that we know the lyrics to the bridge of “Cruel Summer” and the let me see you hands during “The Man”.
Double clap and hearts during you belong with me.
123lgb during "Delicate".
You forgive, you forget but you never let it go during “Bad Blood”.
Taylor you'll be fine during “Anti-hero”.
And the clips during the end card were so cute, especially the one where she's pushing water of the piano at the rainiest rain show that has ever rained. 😂
That's it, then we left the theatre got 2 buses with the help of kind girls. Also it was raining when we left, but I had an umbrella cause I always over-pack.
But I just wanna let you know, I had the time of my life singing songs and slaying patriarchy with you.💜
Be loud, be excited, take up space, never silence yourself because you're a girl.
Cause you know what Taylor said
what's a girl gonna do?
A diamond's gotta shine ✨✨
