Snacks are everyone's all-time favorite. Snacks combined with tea or coffee take you to another world. The snack recipe which I'm about to share with you today is βOnion Pakorasβ.
Ingredients needed to make Onion pakoras include:
3-4 big onions
2-3 green chilies
Some curry leaves
1 cup Gram flour
ΒΌ cup Rice flour
Salt
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
A pinch of orange food color
3-4 cups of cooking oil
Steps to my Recipe:
Take a pan and pour the oil into it. Heat the oil.
Take the onions and chop them sideways so that the size of the onions is long.
Take a bowl and add in the chopped onions, Gram flour, Rice flour, Salt, ginger garlic paste, and a pinch of orange food color and mix them well. Add a cup of water and mix well until the onions are soaked in the flour.
Now take the onions are add them to the oil in small quantities.
Fry until the onions turn brown. Continue the process.
At the end fry, the chilies, and the curry leave in the oil.
Now the onion pakoras are yummy and ready to serve.
These crispy onion pakoras are easy to make and the best snack liked by all. A time-consuming evening snack with tea or coffee serves best.
