Online Shopping Mistakes ๐Ÿšซ You Must Avoid!! ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ

Hello, everyone!!! Hello, I hope everything is okay with you.

Going to such a packed area is dangerous. So the only choice for shopping is to go online! For the past 5-6 years, I've just shopped online. It may sound strange. However, I was so busy at work that I had no alternative except to purchase online.

And now I do all of my shopping online. Based on my many years of expertise, I'll share a few common blunders we make when buying online. Because of these errors, we occasionally receive ill-fitting or low-quality clothing.

So, I'll share a few pointers to assist you avoid making similar blunders. Also, (fun tidbit), I purchased my engagement gown from Aliexpress and... I really liked how it came out.

As a result, I believe I am qualified to speak on internet buying. Let's get going... The first and most typical error that we make while buying online is misjudging the fit and size of items. We generally buy pants or jeans based on the size of our waist.

This may work for some, but for others, this is how the trousers turn out. So, I'll tell you how I prevent making similar blunders. First, let's speak about the top... If you look at the sizing at other shops such as Myntra, H&M, or Zara, you'll see that the bust size is listed next to the sizes such as XS-32", S-34", and so on.

My breast measurement is 32", therefore I should get an XS, but I seldom do for tops. I generally buy S-sized shirts. Why is that? Because I have some belly fat... You might think I'm joking, but that's not the case.

This is entirely typical given that I've spent the whole day lazing at home. Because it's snug in that area, and XS shirt tends to draw attention to my belly. To avoid this, I always order a size larger in tops. I get a Small instead of an XS so that the top is slack around the belly and my tummy isn't emphasized.

This T-shirt would have suited me nicely in the breast region if I had ordered it in size XS, but it would have been too tight in the stomach area. I purchased it in a size Small, and it fits beautifully in the breast and stomach areas. T-shirts that are loose in the belly area are my preference.

This alleviates the discomfort of being overly conscious. But there is one exception: I purchased this crop top/bralette from Zara. This was purchased in a size XS. Why?? Because it's cropped and just covers the breast region, I ordered it based on my bust size.

This should also be your general norm. If you're buying a crop top, be sure it fits your bust size. However, if you battle belly fat, get a size bigger in T-shirts and tops.

You'll never have to deal with such issues while purchasing shirts again. A similar issue happens when ordering bottoms. Bottoms are typically ordered based on waist size.

But this is not for everyone, especially if you have big thighs and a hefty bottom like myself. Whenever I order pants based on waist size, they get stuck at the thighs.

It becomes extremely annoying! To avoid a scenario like this, I'd recommend measuring your hips as well. I always look for my hip size (38") and then purchase pants accordingly.

It may turn out to be too big around the waist, but that's nothing a skilled tailor can't fix. It is considerably easier to purchase a larger size and then have it adjusted.

Always, always, always check your hip size before purchasing bottoms... especially if you have a pear-shaped physique. Again, with a minor exception, trousers are constructed of thinner cloth, therefore I never order trousers to precisely match my hip size.

Because my hip size is 38", I purchase a size with a hip size of 39" or 40". The pants will be looser around the hips and thighs, giving it a more graceful and elegant appearance. Also helps to avoid panty lines. Keep this in mind while purchasing pants and pencil skirts. Flowy skirts may be purchased based just on waist size.

In trousers and pencil skirts, go one size bigger, and... jeans are composed of thicker material, therefore order jeans depending on hip size

Now, as I prepare for this video, I have one final light... I discovered a flaw when reviewing Myntra's size charts.

While looking over Mango's size chart, I noticed that two shirts had distinct sizing charts. This cannot be correct. I've worked in the clothing industry, and I know that every brand has a different size chart, and... clothes are always the same size chart. I'm sure there's a problem on Myntra's end.

If you ever find yourself in this scenario, I recommend consulting the size chart on the brand's website. When I'm not sure about a size chart on Myntra, I double-check it on the brand's website.

It takes a few more minutes, but it saves you the hassle of returns and reimbursements. Keep it in mind. Now, let's go on to the following topic.

This is especially important when purchasing online. Always go to the brand's own size, but bear in mind the brand you're after, especially if it's an Indian brand. Zara, H&M, and Forever New, for example, are created with European bodies in mind, and their size charts reflect this.

Clothes from our Indian brands such as... FabIndia, Jaypore, and Ajio are designed for Indian body shapes. The average Indian physique is broad and curvaceous. So if I'm a small at Zara, I'm an XS in FabIndia. FabIndia sizes are designed to fit Indian bodies.

Keep in mind that if you purchase Kurtis from Myntra from companies like... Sangria, House of Pataudi, you may be a size small in tops but an XS in Kurtis. Now let's talk about clothing quality. How do you tell whether something is of good quality when you buy it online? I generally shop at Mango, Dorothy Perkins, and Only from Myntra.

These are a few brands that I know are of high quality. This is something I'd recommend to you as well: don't experiment with brands excessively. Myntra, like Sarojini Nagar, is a marketplace where you can buy clothing from various brands. It might be of high or low quality.

So, purchase brands you can rely on. Another consideration is the Seller. On Amazon, there is a merchant known as Cloudtail. It is an Amazon subsidiary, therefore you can be certain of the high quality of their services. On Amazon and Myntra, you may look at seller ratings.

Keep these two factors in mind to ensure that you obtain high-quality items.

1. Purchase from reputable brands.

2. Look into the seller and the ratings

Myntra is a marketplace, not a brand. The ordinary customer is unaware of this. Myntra is similar to a market, and the many brands offered are similar to stores. Myntra may not always provide high-quality clothing.

It is dependent on the brand. This is something you should bear in mind. Now let's move on to the following topic... Again, this is critical.

This piece of information is frequently overlooked by us. This information will be useful if we are ever unsure about the size. The model's height, body, and garment size... might serve as a guideline for the size to choose.

When it comes to shoes, it's quite unusual to get the size incorrect if you know your regular Euro or UK size. For example, (by the conclusion of this movie, you'll be familiar with all of my sizes)...

In terms of footwear, I'm a size EU40. When I'm buying on Myntra, I constantly look at the number next to EU40. I don't go looking for the number 8 everywhere. Before ordering, I look at the size chart and the number next to the European size. Keeping such little details in mind will save you from future size difficulties.

Moving on to the next stage... look at the brand's own website. This skirt was purchased at Forever New. I initially spotted it on Myntra and fell in love with it. It was 15% off on Myntra, then when I checked it out on Forever New's website... it was 25% off during a flash sale.

I received an additional 10% discount. So, this is an incredible trick that you MUST attempt. Simply look for the product on the brand's website (if one is accessible). You might be able to obtain a better bargain there.

This technique is also useful if a certain size is not available on Myntra. I initially spotted this black dress on Myntra, but it was out of stock in my size. I next searched Mango.com and thankfully found it in my size.

This is a fantastic hack to try. This brings the video to a close. I used to get Instagram DMs and YouTube comments asking for my jeans and pants size. I know a lot of people get confused while deciding on sizes, so I decided to produce this video.

I hope this information is useful to you when buying online. If you found the advice useful, please give it a thumbs up. Thank you for taking the time to read the article. Take precautions... I'll see you shortly. Bye!!!๐Ÿงก
