Two organs plays important role in lymphatic activity-:

1.Spleen-:

Spleen situated above kidney.

Spleen is situated on left side of the body, exactly on kidney act as controller and storage of red blood cells (RBC).When spleen detects any foreign material in body such as virus or bacteria, it creates while blood cells (WBC) known as Lymphocytes which further produce antibodies to kill microorganism.

2.Thymus-:

Thymus is situated behind the heart. It stores immature lymphocytes (different type of WBC). After detection of threat of foreign body , lymphocytes get activated are converted into active T cells (antibody) to destroy infection and prevent it's spread in the body.

Thymus located behind heart.
