       Welcome to second part of the blog series. Let's begin with next important skills. 

6.Cooking and cleaning -:

              It is basic survival skill and every human should be able to cook for themselves. Unfortunately our patriarchy forced wemen to cook and clean for family members. So guys, give it try. Your family members may try to demotivate you but don't listen to them. Once you learn cooking  you will realize it's a best therapy. Eating self cooked meal is another level satisfaction. 

7.Negotiations -:

        We keep working in officers and at one point we realize we are not getting enough pay for our work  According to observation of HR  employees can go for negotiate for salary hikes they may get it but many people lack negotiation skills hence they never approach to their boss . If you want pay hike one can use traditional tool of resignation as a start. Ask your friends who can guide you for this steps. You can also take help of a friends who is active in HR field. 

8.Mastering languages and exploring cultures -:

             Being a polyglot is cool. I am telling this from my own experience. Start from your first language and never underestimate your mother tongue. Then go for English as this language is one through which we are able to communicate on global level. If you are living in another state learn language of the state. If you want to learn language but confused about which one to learn then I will suggest that If your first language belong to Devnagari group then go for Dravidian language and vise versa.Then sort out which language you would like to learn in order to explore their cinema, literature and culture. Then hit YouTube bottom and start tutorials. If possible take your siblings as your partner in this activity. You will definitely enjoy speaking this language as it will ultimately become secret code between siblings. Same goes with foreign languages. 

9.Active listening -:

         Listen everything. From college professors to instructions from your boss. Listen to anchors of reality shows and new anchors. Listen everything you can hear. Listen to scolding by parents and boss too. This might help you when one will become boss and parents. Remember King Akber was illiterate but great listener. All great people  always been active listeners. 

Human psychology -:

             Mental health awareness is need of the hour. Healthy communication is start of betterment of mental health. It could be hard at beginning but it's worth. Never feel ashamed of seeking help of professionals. Free counseling numbers across the country are available on the internet and opening up to them is really helpful by keeping your identity anonymous. They are trained people and always will be there to help everyone. Give it a shot. You will never regret.
