Hello,

Time plays an important role in scheduling and organizing everything that happens in our life. That is how the world is still spinning today.

They say that if something good happens to someone, it is a good time workout; If something bad happens, they will say that the time is not right.

Time Zone - This time zone is the time difference between countries. Sandford Fleming, a Scottish-Canadian railway engineer, was the first to come up with the 24-hour clock to eliminate time confusion when traveling between countries. Later he invented and established UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to measure common time. He divided the world map into 24 parts and divided each part into an hour. They named Greenwich Mean Time - GMT as the center of the city called Greenwich in the middle part. Parts to the right (in countries) of Greenwich are given as UTC and parts to the left (in countries) are given as UTC -. Since India falls between 5 and 6 we are given UTC 0530. We call this Indian Standard Time. At present only this (IST) time zone is in force in India.

But other countries have more than one time zone in use. USA and Russia have 11 time zones, UK has 9 time zones, Canada has 6 time zones and Australia has 3 time zones. Due to the large distance (east-west) of these countries, many time zones are in use. As the globe rotates counter-clockwise, the sun rises and sets earlier in eastern countries than in western countries. Similarly, the sun rises and sets a little later in western countries. To fix this there are many time zones in the same country.

Day Light Saving - And some countries put the clocks back one hour in winter. Again during summers they adjust the time and put it forward by one hour. Because sunlight is at its peak during winters. Maximum light is 7/8 hours. But in summer the light is up to 13/14. Work hours, school, college, business etc. will be fixed like this so that everything happens during daylight. This is called Day Light Saving. Generally, Day Light Saving (DST) starts in March-April and ends in October-November. Spring forward and Fall back are used to remember when to set time forward/backward. This is just a part 1 part 2 will be upload soon please stay tuned for further update .
