Why Are You Comparing Yourself??

We often compare ourselves to others. Why?

Answering this question can be so bewildering. The only thing we gain from the comparison is depression and loss of your self-esteem.

I HAVE

I have experienced these crushing after effects and so I can speak up loud about this.

Yes, it's not an easy thing to keep off of your mind. I certainly know that. but it's my life and I should live it, not survive it.

What can you do to stop this?

First and foremost, you should understand that you are worth more than you think.

πŸ’”πŸ’”

You certainly have lots of potentials but you focus on others' wellbeing. Being happy for others is certainly a good thing but comparing and, in the process, losing your innate self is offensive.

πŸ’›πŸ’›

Be happy. You can redesign yourself no matter what. you are never late.

πŸ’™πŸ’™

Try to do one good thing every day. Try keeping a graph for yourself to evaluate your growth.

πŸ’ž

Building self-esteem can reduce this up to a certain extent.

πŸ’—πŸ’—

Try and develop new hobbies. (gardening, sketching, writing, reading, meditating, etc)

πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Be the master of yourself. don't let others decide what you feel. they may just blabber. But idiots are we if we believe them. No one knows about yourself than you. Please don't ever forget this.

You are not alone. You have family, friends, relatives, well-wishers. if you don't think you can get rid of these thoughts, go to them and seek help.

Another important thing is not to be lazy. You often tend to compare to others' achievements which they certainly worked hard for.

No good can come from being lazy. You may take breaks, which helps you be a better and productive person, which is far different than being lazy and avoiding opportunities that come our way.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, which is what I forgot to do which led to many days of reconstruction. YOU ARE MORE THAN WHAT YOU THINK.

STOP THINKING LESS OF YOURSELF. You made it to this day and you can make any day yours too…..

Remember many out there are wishing to be you. But you couldn't notice that cause you were busy disappointing yourself by peeping into others achievements.

YOU CANT BE THEM AND NONE OF THEM CANT BE YOU.

YOU ARE PRECIOUS.πŸ–€

Do not waste any opportunities. Grab it and seize the day dear.

Part 1 is over.
