A Japanese farmer working in his farm was interrupted by an American tourist who recently came to that village. He saw some nice fruits growing out on the farm

Hey sir. You do have a large field but you are planting only in certain parts of the field. Why is it that so?

I get enough money from this farm.At the same time , it would be lot more work for me.

Tourist out of curiosity asked,"What do you do in your free time?"

I usually wake up at 11 am.I come here and finish the farm work. After that I play with my children. In the evening I go see my friends inside the village

But you can farm in entire field. You can grow a large business out of that and directly deal with the distributors. You can start your own factory. It will soon be a very successful business

How much time does it require?

It would require around 20 to 25 years

“What can I do after that”, asked the farmer

Then you can go to any developed city and settle there, wake up late play with your children and you can also speak with your friends

So this is what today's society mostly think. We often define success as someone who is rich. But does that really define success? We often forget to think what we really like? What we really want to achieve? We don't even know what we like at some point. We don't take a effort to find that.

We often get confused at what sort of experience should we gain? What type of assets should we create?

When you are in your childhood you are clear about what you want to do.You don't allow anyone to stop that. When we get hungry,we cry. When we start to walk, we go get things we want. You ask your parents repeatedly about things you need and you will not stop it.From here to not knowing what we really like, what does happen in between?

When we grow up we often hear words like "Behave according to your age! You accept what you get! You are a bad boy! You are not as good as the boy next door!

These all words shape up our mindset.By this, children start listening and obeying the orders given by others. This even continues in our adult age.Instead of choosing the person you like to marry, you will be forced to choose the ‘correct’ person.Instead of choosing the job you like, you will choose a safe way without risks
