How To Make Biriyani Recipe

Hai viewers, 

Ingredients that must require for making biriyani

Basmati rice 500kg

Chicken 500gm

Cardamon 3

Cinnamon 3

Elaichi 3

Onion 180gm

2 green chilli

Tomato 140gm

G. G paste 125gm

Curd 100gm

Coriander leaves

Podina leaves

Lemon 2 tsp

Chilli powder 1 ½ tsp

Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp

Salt according to taste

Biriyani powder 2 tsp

Today we are going to learn how to make yummy hyderabadi tasty biriyani. 

We are going to make biriyani for 4 members so 500kg of rice is enough

For 500kg of rice we are going to put 500kg of chicken you can even put extra chicken also it's upon your wish

First take a pan and put 75gm of oil heat that oil for a while and then put 25gm of ghee then add 3 cardamon, 3 elaichi, 3 cinnamon let then cook for a while

After that add 180gm of onion and cook until it gets brown. Don't put other things before the onion gets brown

And dont let onion get black.. Because if it gets black then the biriyani taste will not be good

So cook it until it gets golden brown

Then add 3 green chilli then add ginger garlic paste which is 100gram

Fry ginger garlic paste for 1 minute atleast so that it will get cooked nicely. 

 then add podina and coriander leafs cook for a minute. 

Then now add tomato. The weight of the tomato is 140gram

Now cook until the tomato gets cooked well. 

Now add chilli powder then add corinader powder and salt according to taste. 

Now put 100gram of curd also

Mix it well or else it form lumps

Now add water if required.i add 100ml to 200ml oof water   Then add chicken and let it cook

Now take another pan and cook the rice in water and let the rice cook for 70 percent . 

In that rice pan put some oil so that the rice will not be sticky. 

If the rice is 1 cup then the water should be 3cup more than that so put water accordingly

Put 3 cinnamon and 3 cardamom 3 elachi and some lemon drops in the rice pan

Now take the rice out and put in the gravy and leave it for dum. (10mintues) 

Tadaaa your biriyani is ready.
