Business is something like a game we are playing in our business life as we have to do the planning, organizing, directing, controlling, etc. but are there any rules or principles for managing a business. Is any person or old businessman there who gave theory or some principles of management, yes, it is there as like science is having their theory and rules given by Einstein. So, management is also having its principle to follow so we can succeed in our business.
So, let those 3 principles to success in our business:
1) Feeling of onenessThis is a good principle in which if the personnel is working in the firm then we have to work together and without discrimination. Then only workers or employees will maintain the form for a longer period. So, there should be equality in the firm.
2) The order should be maintained
This is a most important thing that order should be maintained like for example step by step planning, implementation, policy-making steps, etc., should follow the order then only the work in the business will run smoothly without any biased.
3) Division of work
This one also a beneficial thing that we can divide the work and this will good for the owner of the firm for the accomplishment of the objective. Because the division of the work is compulsory in big industries or companies because one single person cannot run the company and that is next to impossible.
So, division of work should be there in the big industries or companies.
But yes, it is not necessary that in the small business we need a division of work. We can run the business as a single owner of the business.
4) Unity of command
in the principle of the management, there should of command or order should be come from only 1 leader in the respective department because if the order or command of the order will come from the different department than maybe dispute or something scolding kind of things can happen so that this principle is important to followed up by the different department.
So this were some principles which were not rigid to follow but are advisable to used it so that your business can run smoothly without any biased that why Henry fayol had given this principles.
