Rub Face:-
Rubbing Face helps that your product penetrate deeper into your skin by removing the outermost layers of skin cells. Apply scrub lightly to the skin with a finger for mechanically exfoliate, small circular motions should be used when rubbing. Rinse it will lukewarm water. For Chemical exfoliate use a cotton pad or washcloth gently to the skin, then rinse with Luke warm water.
Oily and thick skin can benefit from manual rubbing and brushing. Oily skin may have an extra layer on the surface that can be removed by manual rubbing. For best results gently scrubbing in a circular motion.
Combination skins may require a combination of mechanical and chemical peels. Do not use both on the same day as it can irritate the skin. if you feel your dry skin is dry after scrubbing, use a moisturizer immediately.
Drink Water:-
Drinking at least 3 liters of water every day will not only keep your skin hydrated, but will also help your body flush out pollutants. The most crucial and glow-inducing component for your skin, if you don't maintain your cells hydrated. they wont be healthy, and your complexion will be dull and tired. If your don't like plain water, try some fruit infusions instead. Apples, Lemon, Strawberries etc. and other fruits can be used to drink.
