Billie, a young 19 years old American singer as well as song writer. She was born in Los Angeles , California. She was born into a family of musicians. She has a brother, Finneas O'Connell who is a very very good support for his sister.

She was homeschooled for most of the years . But she was very much involved in extra curricular activities. She joined a choir at the age of 8. and, by the age of 11, she started writing her own songs and begun singing. She became famous by singing her debut song “Ocean eyes” which was written by her brother. Actually this song was written for her dance company which then became a hit. Then, Billie made other versions of this song which were also a huge success. 

She collaborated with Khalid and gave out a song “lovely” which was a very famous. It has been used in the series 13 Reasons why. Her song “Bored” was also featured in the same series. 

She struggled a lot. She was criticized for not smiling in the photographs. She has an eccentric dress sense. She wears baggy clothes all the time so that people will not judge by how they look beneath her dress. But, later she got her out of that trap and ignored what others might think. 

She has a natural blonde hair. But she died her hair several times with different unique colors which indeed made her unique.
