So Today I will Tell You That How To Make Protein powder At Home For Weight Loss. This Homemade Receipe Is Eaay To Make And Is Very Healthy And Yoy Can Store This Protein Power For About 1 Month In Your Refrigerator. You can Add This Protein Powder In your Weight Loss Diet plan.

Let's Start With Receipe…
Firstly Take 100 gm Groundnuts And Put Then In a Pan and Dry Roast The Nuts For 5-8 Minutes. After 8 minutes Take Out Groundnuts And Put them in a plate. After That Take 30 gm Almonds And Dry roast for 5 minutes. Then Add Pumpkin seeds(25gm 3 spoon), Sunflower Seeds(25gm 3 spoon), Watermelon seeds(25gm 3 spoon) And dry roast the seeds for 5 to 8 minutes. Now Add Bengal Gram(30gm) And Dry roast for 5 minutes. After that take Oats(¼ cup)25gm ( Use Oats As Per The Flavour You Like) and Dry Roast for 5 minutes. PS- You Have To Roast All the Ingredients One By One Not All At One Time.
Add all The ingredients In Plate And Let Them Cool For About 40 to 45 Minutes. Once It Cool Down Put The Mixuture In Mixer Grinder And Grind Them Well in slow Speed. If You Grind In High speed The Nuts And Seeds Will Release Oil And The Mixture Will Become in Paste Form So Please Avoid Grinding In High speed. After Grinding Filter The Powder So That It can Become A Smooth Powder. After That Add 30 gm(¼ cup) Skimmed Milk Powder(suger free milk powder) and mix them well.
Nutrition in single spoon protein powder… Energy: 43 kcal, Protein: 2.0gm, Carbs: 2.08gm, Fats: 2.8gm, Fiber: 0.7gm.
