Breathe And Love (Yourself)

In today's world where everyone seems to look at beauty through tinted glasses prioritizing and glamorizing something that is only a mere illusion and culmination of the best versions of ones self, self doubt is just another consequence of it.

Does it not feel like everyone you have ever known is winning at life? finding a job, getting a raise, getting married having glow up's.And in between all these shenanigans we find a part of ourselves often wondering that are we lagging that behind? what is it that I am doing wrong?

This entire ordeal throw you down the path to be greeted by ample amount of 3 Am over thinking, cursing and blaming yourself for everything that isn't even our own fault to begin with, nobody chooses failure or set backs, it is just the way life is. in this chaos though a fact that we fail to imbibe in our conscious is that people may have been rejoicing their triumphs but that has only been possible through huge deal of trial and error's, disappointments and getting their selves back to the job. 

In such times when motivation seems to be drifting further and further apart from us throwing you into this mess of self doubt and self loath, we have got to be our biggest cheerleaders, the kind you would be on when a friends feeling low you. As humans we go find it far more easier to empathize with others (Although even that by the way is a matter of today's world where empathy among people is deteriorating)  than with ourselves the thought in itself seems tiring. like you would trust a friend's capacity and motivate them or at the very least not make them feel worse but when the tables are turned towards you it suddenly seems like the toughest task, on such times the path to negativity seems tempting.

at such times self care comes into the picture, when your energy is drained and you cannot help but feel worse with every passing minute you know you need a break, break from your own thoughts that are driving you crazy. distract yourself, spend time doing some activity that you love, listen to some good music, dance to random rhythm, paint, write do anything that keeps you away from the trail of thoughts that seem to consume a part of you. After all self care is just another form of self love.

the road to self love can be tricky at times a bit too rough because fighting with your own thoughts is lot more draining but in those times you have to remember the road at the end of the tunnel is going to get you places and that in fact, is going to be your biggest GLOW UP.
