“Don't settle for a relationship that won't let you be yourself.”

--Oprah

How amazingly this nature has created us and given us infinite powers to understand each other, support each other in low times, sharing happiness in high times, and healing by just listening to the dilemma and help that person believe in himself again and pull him out of all his trauma and misery.

We all get attracted or attached to someone at some point in our lives, whose one smile can make you feel on top of the world and special. But being pragmatic, it is not possible that we all always end up finding the perfect partner and sometimes get into relationships that turn bitter in long run and depletes your mental, physical, psychological health to the worst if you don't come out of it early.

Yeah, I know that is very painful to break up with someone whom you have loved so much, had great past memories with and it brings the feeling of guilt of hurting his/her feelings but being in a bitter relationship( which may turn toxic) could be much more painful and lethal for you. You deserve to be happy and have all the fun, you just can't let some wrong person ruin your life for no good reason. Just stop telling your brain that it is all your fault when you know it isn’t.

It might happen at times that you don't even realize that your relationship has turned bitter and it’s high time to end it.

So, here are some signs that your relationship is no more  healthy:

1)You are always being made realized to be inferior to your partner either implicitly or explicitly. Unhealthy comparisons being made to let you down.

2)You are not treated like a loved one but rather an object and your partner tries all ways to control you and your lifestyle in his best interests without respecting your feelings.

3)You are abused, beaten up, harassed any way for their fun without your will and consent.

4)You are being cheated upon or betrayed. It may be lying, addiction, or invading your privacy.

5)You no more feel happy but frightened and insecure all the time, you got emotionally exhausted all the time, isolate yourself, or don't want to open up with others and you feel surrounded by negativity.

6)You are compromising much more than required but your partner is not ready to bring changes in himself.

So yeah, now when you know you are in a bitter relationship you should break up for following compelling reasons:

1)You start discovering yourself, your dreams, your goals differently. You become much stronger emotionally and self-dependent. You don't need anyone else to rely on for your peace of mind and happiness. You start enjoying your own company.

2)You realize your worth which was much higher than you thought earlier and you believe in yourself and know that you deserve better. You develop a strong personality where you take responsibility for your own actions and correct them by yourself carving a better version of yourself.

3)Your relationships with others like your family, friends, and colleagues also start improving as you heal and you become more optimistic rather than being pessimistic about everything you see and anywhere you go.

4)You may feel bad about the breakup for some time but you know that it would be worth it in long run. You are positive and hopeful for good things. You admit that it was a wrong choice and don't make a prejudice about all the relationships based on just one bad experience. Your future may look scary to you but not suffocating.

5)You accept yourself the way you are, who you are and you are proud of what you are. Your self-respect and dignity is your asset which you protect judiciously.

6)Your breakup Feels relieving and freeing. You are much more optimistic and enthusiastic about your work and yourself.

You love yourself more and that should be of superior priority.

“Be strong enough to say goodbye and brave enough to never allow the same storm destroy you twice"
