Is Detox Important To Us?

Detox:-  the meaning of detox is cleaning and removing of impurities. 

In this world in we live there are many impurities . They may be toxins in body or negative thoughts .

Somebody says healthy body have healthy mind or somebody says healthy mind have healthy body.

Both quotation are right. Because our body , mind souls reflects one another. If we have happy soul then thought will automatically pure , and if our thoughts will pure our body will be healthy and pure.

Now we will talk about detoxification. There are basically three type of detox body detox, mind detox, soul detox.

But we only talk about body and brain detox because soul detox is spiritual ways .

  1. Body detox:- our body is made up of biochemical that is directly related to nature but in present life style we are far away from nature . most of people never eat healthy , some of people never do physical work and many people use smoke, drink and process food on daily basis. Then we stored toxins in our body . Then our body going to work slowly then we catched up with many diseases. So basically we need to detox our body. There are some basic way of detox,.                                          A.  Drink 3-4 litter water per day . It is help to flush out toxins from our kidney.              B. Eat more veggies and fruits that is help to get out toxins from intestinal tract.     C. Doing some hard work like walk , run , exercise and yoga . It is help to reales toxins through inhaling or sweating. D. We can drink green tea for detox, eat nuts Which is full of fiber, vitamin and minerals.  E. Playing outdoor game is best way to detox our body and mind. 
  2. Mind detox:-  mind detox is basically dopamine detox. Endorphins and dopamine is happy Harmon's . It is realse small quantities in brain then we will good and happy. When a person start smoke and drink , first time small quantities of those things realse more dopamine and feel more happy. But when time gose on body needs more dopamine then person fall in traps of drug and alcohol. We can detox our brain through detoxification of dopamine. First we need to know what kind of thing realse dopamine bad for us.    First alcohol , smoke and all type of drugs , second watching too much television , thrid gambling and most popular things is watching porn. That all things are bad to realse dopamine.  We can detox through small steps.       A. Exercise :- exercise and playing sports is nice things to feel happy. We can detox body and brain both through playing outdoor game and exercise.                                      B. Read :- read something good is very good change environment , thought process and feeling. We can start reading through magazine or fiction novel.        C. Talk with friends:- talking to friends is good medicine for healthy heart and healthy mind.  May be friends not able to give  solutions of problem but they are still able to forget the problems.             D.  Spend time with nature is best way to make negative things from our brain.                                                                      As we clean our home and car , as we need to clean our body from inside and clean our thoughts process for healthy and happy life.                          Thank you & Regards
