Hello everyone! In this blog is about coffee..

Coffee is a highly caffeinated drink produced by roasting, grinding, and brewing coffee beans. Coffee serves many purposes, including providing mental stimulation and relaxation. In addition, coffee contains caffeine, which provides a jolt of energy and increases alertness.People consume over 2 billion cups of coffee each day.

There are different types of coffee, ranging from low-fat to high-fat, decaffeinated to regular, flavored to unsweetened, and light to dark roasted. Each type of coffee has its own flavors and aromas. Below are some of the basic types;

Low-Fat Coffee:

This type of coffee is lower in fat than regular coffee. Most low-fat coffees do not have any fat added to them.

Decaf Coffee:

This type of brewed coffee does not contain any caffeine at all. Decaf coffee may have a slightly bitter taste.

Regular Coffee:

Most people prefer drinking regular coffee. Regular coffee is made from ground beans that are roasted, then added to hot water. A small amount of milk or cream may be added to make it a bit smoother.

French Roast:

This type of coffee has a strong flavor and aroma. French roast coffee is darker than normal coffee.

Dark Roasted Coffee:

This type of roasted coffee has a stronger flavor and higher levels of caffeine. Dark roasted coffee is almost always brewed.

Espresso:

This type of coffee is typically consumed hot and requires milk. The espresso machine heats water and mixes it with the ground beans and pressure is applied. There are many types of espresso machines including stove top, automatic, manual, and commercial.

Cappuccino:

Cappuccinos require steamed milk and flavorings. A typical cappucino may have 1-3 flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, etc. These liquids are added after the espresso has been brewed and then frothed together. In some cases, it can simply be a latte.

Mocha:

Mochas are similar to cappuccinos, however they often have chocolate instead of a liquid topping.

Chemex Coffee:

Chemex is a vacuum brewer that creates a partial vacuum to pull in air into the coffee maker. The coffee is brewed in the upper chamber of the brewer; after which the brewer is inverted to expose the coffee to fresh air. After the coffee cools, it is transferred to the lower section of the brewer and filtered. Chemex brewers tend to use a paper filter rather than a glass filter.

Aeropress Coffee:

Aeropress is a coffee brewer that uses a stainless steel mesh basket instead of a paper filter. By pulling air into the coffee maker, the brewer extracts oils and flavors from the coffee beans. Due to its design, aeropress tends to result in cleaner tasting coffee than traditional methods.
