Hello friends, J.Harish here to share some interesting incident that recently made me to think the reason behind that incident.

From February 01/2023, they increased the gel pen rate from 5Rs to 6Rs and now they decided to increment that rate to 7Rs because all of us accept to buy it for 6Rs. 

You will thought that it's just 6Rs but there are people who feel heavy to buy everytime.

We friends are planed to use ink pen instead of gel pen to reduce the demand for gel pen and automatically they will reduce the rate.this is impossible to reduce the rate but we can reduce if we all follow the same opposition against the increment in rate. 

If you also face this same situation just think before you buy a gel pen from a shop.we have to think the reason behind the increment in rate.

Reasons (may be)

• There is a demand in market 
• Shop keeper wants to earn more. 

One day I asked a shop keeper that why there is a change in rate and he said that there is a demand for gel pen in market and nowadays people reduced the usage of pen in this technical world.

In my thought, it will take another 10-15 years to reduce the usage of pens and we will use smart phones and computer system for our study purpose.

After I listen to his words, I just look into a wholesale shop and buy a gel pen packet for 20 as always. A packet contains 5 pens which will cost 25Rs in retail shop, so they buy it for 20 and sold it for 30Rs. I thought that the retailers done this for their profit but we don't know the real reason behind this process of buying a pen.

Nobody knows about that person, one who decide this rate as fixed. This increment is not because of import because the famous old pen brand (natraj) is our Indian company but they also increased in rate.

Have anyone face this situation?
