Hi friends, welcome you everyone to read this funny story at idly dosa batter shop where I usually go to buy batter for my family and also the rise of profit at that batter shop within 2-3 years.

There is a idly dosa batter shop at my locality with highly technical machines and 4 workers. We know that idly and dosa are the go to dinner for so many mothers and one of the most widely cooked food. Also we know that, so many people were going to job and they don't have time to prepare idly dosa batter at home. By understand the need of batter, a man started his first batter shop at 2022 with lot of believe and future plans. As he planned, he executed every ideas, so his batter shops multiplied into five. Now he own five idly dosa batter shop. 

This is what called critical thinking and making decision. He planned very well and also the best industry (Food industry) to start his business. Most of the food industry business were 0% loss and so he made a decision of starting his shop with highly technical machines to ease the work. His decision is to Target all the working women.

I notice that so many homemakers also used to buy batter from his shop. By understanding that our people were lazy, he also started to sell few side dishes and chapatti, parota batters also.

There are few funny incidents that I have noticed at that shop, let me share few with you.

A man came to that shop and complained that paneer butter masala is very bad in taste, there is no paneer, only masala is there like that infront of so many customers like me. Most of the customers don't listen to him as they don't want to skip their dinner.

 I feel really bad for him that he came to buy paneer butter masala at this shop because he don't like the taste of paneer butter masala made by his wife and also from this shop, his bad luck he don't get the best yet 😂.

I too faced this problem, one day I bought a vadacurry box with dosa batter when my parents leave me alone at my home during my internal exam ad they went to madurai. So I planned my dinner myself, I decided to prepare egg dosa with vadacurry, I got vadacurry and went to my home but I too don't like that taste, it's very salty so that I took a pan and alter the taste of vadacurry by adding less amount of water and a pinch of chilli powder. 

I ate my dinner without any worries after a short alteration on vadacurry. 

That's all about the batter shop, but it's a very good business in my locality  to do in large scale like him.
