Tea In My Everyday Life ☕

Hello friends, J.Harish here to share my 25th blog with you. I hope that you all like to read my blogs. I try my best to entertain you with my cheerful blogs.

I decided to write this blog under the topic ‘A last cup of tea’but Candlemonk refused to publish with this title.

This blog “A last cup of tea” is all about a life changing decision in my life and it's consequences  (positive outcome).

At first, I like to share how tea is closely attached to my everyday life. We all start our day with a cup of tea or coffee right? 

Yes, i am also start my day with a cup of tea mostly and sometimes coffee. Tea is better than coffee in the morning. 

Drink a glass of water before a tea because tea in empty stomach will undergoes some acidic reaction in our body.

I like to drink tea with more sugar and I drink a cup of tea with 2(½)-3 spoon of sugar which is more sweet as payasam.

I will complete a pocket of butter biscuit with a cup of tea. 20-22 biscuits for a cup of tea. Butter biscuit is made up of maida flour and butter or ghee. My mom and dad encourage me to eat well and they love to see that I eat happily. 

But I came to know that it's not good for our health to continue this improper food habit and i notice that there is a increase in my weight and belly fat.

So I decided to reduce the amount of sugar and avoid butter biscuit with my tea for sometime but nothing has changed in my body.

Then I started to do some exercise and involve into some sports activities and dance with my brother's at evening for 2-3 months and i notice that I reduced 2kg and reduce my belly fat totally.

If you want to reduce your weight and your fats you can try some exercise and just dance with your siblings to make it more fun. Drink more water and eat vegetables like carrot, beetroot,tomato,etc,.

I don't know more about green tea that helps to reduce our fat but heard it somewhere. Lemon juice or lemon with mild hot water will reduce your fat .

All the journey start with single step so focus on something that makes you feel very hard today and remember that will makes you stronger tomorrow but keep on trying never quit it in the middle way. You failed to fly when you quit it.

This blog is about disadvantages of adding more sugar and intake of maida products and also about that, You can do anything if you thought that you can do it.

From December they stopped giving coins and rewards , but still you are writing continuously , whether your coins increased for your blog view.... If yes , plz comment in my blog page...
