How Does A Perfect Cheat Day Looks Like

Hey everyone, you all know that I have started my fitness routine few months back, and it's common to have a cheat day inbetween your workout routine when you feel tempted by your favourite snacks and foods but not always atleast two month once…

So I never had a cheat day in this two months just to spend some quality time with my loved one, she promised that we will had a feast together, but it never happened, let's discuss about that in my upcoming blogs.

But, now it's a situation where I should really break my fitness streak, my parents went on a summer vacation to my sister's home and I am unable to join them as I am having my model exams.

My grandmother was there with us in our home, so I should eat whatever she cooks, now only I realise that how my mother manage to cook food for me with low carbs, less salt and oil etc.

But all my granny cooks for me was, spicy chicken gravy with poori, chicken briyani and also made me cook noodles as my sister asked me to do it for her.

It had been so many days since I cook, and it's my exam time and so I will get enough study holiday where I can cook, sing, write blogs, hang out with friends and so on.

So I made her noodles, also she wants me to buy some snacks for her like cakes, puffs, bajji , vada.

It's very difficult to control my favourite snacks for me and I really enjoyed while eating them with a late night movie, and as a result of this kind of funs during study holidays, again I notice changes in my body, that laziness and my weight also increased badly

But I can manage to reduce those during my semester exam study holidays, where study holidays provide quality times to do whatever I want to and that will be the peak time of my creativity.

It's difficult to say no to my granny when she cooks any homemade snacks because it will by mouth- watering…

Also I noticed that there are so many offers on my favourite snacks items, for example there is a 3+1 offer for my favourite biscuit “Hide and seek” by Parle.

Each packet of biscuit costs Rs 30, but now it costs Rs 90 for four packets, so I bought and enjoyed ever bite of choco-chips with my sister and granny.

Comment me, what will be your favourite hobby during your study holiday, my hobby will be cooking, gardening and writing blogs also sometime.
