Deadlines, yesterday's work, New projects, upcoming exams preparations,presentations, other chores, submission, office work, solving errors, bugs, most of our daily schedule is packed with these things. Step outside at least for 2 hours :
Step outside of your room at least for two hours, go out for an evening walk, play games, enjoy the sunset, observe people . In the Current situation stepping out may not be possible for all, for people like these at least step into the balcony of your house or sit beside a window and enjoy the fresh air. These two hours avoid phones and just feel the outside air if you have parks nearby then make a habit of walking or just observe the people around you and regain some of your old memories. These 2 hours will help you to reboot for the remaining day's work.This is the time you spend for yourself and No matter morning or evening spend some hours on yourself.
Work Vacations :
If the situation is too worst to step outside as these delta variant cases are rising go for a work vacation.People stressed and bored to be in the same room are going for hill stations and are working from there.Many hotels are providing this facility of High speed broad Band Internet and are taking precautions for safety.Meghalaya,ooty and other places of North Eastren India are offering these work vacations.Working at the top of hills,passing clouds and lush of green all around,cool breezes will magically take away your stress and after work you can visit nearby places.This will be helpful for your mind and body as the calmness around suppress the inner hustle in you.
