Welcome bloggers, I am back, this time with the people we have to deal with in every stage of life, they want to suppress but we can suppress them too, here are some tips to keep them below your foot.

Whatever new things we do, no matter it is about a job, business, doing passionate things or even helping others, supporting organizations, giving your best, living at your own rules in your own role, living life to the fullest some people interfere into our own decisions, our own world and say their opinions, it would be very well if they stop with giving their opinion but they try to tune ours into their way, they want us to follow what they say which is not at all entertaining and more irritating.

Especially, Some of our Indian uncles and aunties whatever we say they their main duty is to oppose us, sometimes they didn't even listen to what we are saying they just simply say it won't work, but to the reality who are they to decide whether it would work or not, it's our interest, our own way to the future and at this most of us oppose them saying"I will make it work" in a high tone, but sometimes we have to listen the same at some highly powerful people at that time you have to control your emotions because you don't really know how powerful they are maybe you are going to face them in future. People mostly remember what we say than what we are and what we have. For example, if a bank manager refuses to give a loan or an investor does the same then you shouldn't just deal with them like how you deal with your neighbors or family.

Listen and then react accordingly:

Maybe at your point of view, it is a brilliant idea but to others based on their strategies it may sound as improper one at that moment don't spill out your opinion vigorously, listen to them carefully answer them with confidence, think about the points they mentioned, work accordingly, develop your idea accordingly, fix the patches and surprise them with your strategies this is the most perfect way to deal with critics, you don't always need to raise your voice to win arguments, you can give them the perfect alternatives which will automatically shut their mouths.
