One of a person's essential necessities is food. It gives them the vitality and nutrients they require for healthy development, vigour, and effective work. Food, along with drink, warmth, and rest, is a fundamental physiological need, according to Abraham Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs, a psychological theory that focuses on motivation.In accordance with this, the human body requires a variety of the following 5 nutrients, which are obtained from the food we eat and help us stay healthy, active, and productive: protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, and minerals. First and foremost, the body needs protein to develop, sustain, and regenerate muscle, blood, skin, bones, and other tissues and organs. In contrast, carbohydrates, which are divided into two categories, are the body's primary source of energy;It is possible to teach kids how to eat wholesome foods, exercise frequently, and get enough sleep each night. Children that practise these healthy behaviours will be more likely to be strong and healthy as they grow up, get along with others, and have fewer chances of becoming overweight or obese. However, parents shouldn't impose a tight diet on kids because doing so would also cause malnutrition and illness. For kids to grow and develop into healthy adults, eating the correct kinds of food is still crucial.

When compared to adults who try to make the change later in life, children who learn to value healthy eating and physical activity during childhood will have a lot easier time maintaining a healthy lifestyle through adolescence and maturity. Parents play a crucial role in helping their kids become better people, and this includes encouraging them.Food is all around us. Each individual needs certain nutrients to survive. It chemically supplies the body with the glucose required for ATP to be converted into usable energy in cells. This implies that someone can't actually survive without it. A nutritious supplement is a hugely significant part of food, but it is not the only role that food plays in people's life. Food has meaning. People connect over food. It is a shared experience that everyone must have;

Obesity: Early eating habits have a direct impact on how overweight and obese children grow up to be. In actuality, young children in households with inadequate access to nourishing foods are much more likely to be fat than other kids. This is the result of consuming too many calories and putting a lot of focus on meals that are high in fat, sugar, and sodium.America's schools are debating changing their lunch menus. Schools want to give their pupils access to healthier food because teen obesity is rising in America. Although switching to a healthier meal plan will encourage leading a healthy lifestyle, the existing lunch menu offers items that kids like and allows them access to more food selections; as a result, schools shouldn't switch to a healthier meal plan. The current lunch menu offers students tasty meals that they want.
