Manali is a hill station nestled in the mountains of Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 2,050 m (6,726 ft) near the Beas River. It was Beautiful- much more than I had anticipated- with snow-capped mountains and valleys. The numbers of mountains surrounding us in the car towered high above us.
It is one of the highest passes in the region. It is a natural divide between the valleys of Kullu and mountains of Lahaul and spiti. It attracts tourist with beautiful views and fresh snow. Here you can enjoy adventure activities such as skiing, skating, paragliding, snow scooter and more.
It is a rustic enclave known for its cool climate and snow-capped mountains, offering respite to tourists escaping scorching heat of the plains. The tourism industry in Manali started booming only in the early 20th century, mainly because of its natural bounties and salubrious climate
It is a traveler's paradise, with lofty snow peaks, deep gorges, lush green valleys, swift rivers, magical mountain lakes, flower-covered meadows, and stunning temples and monasteries steeped in history. It is blessed with some of the most spectacular and beautiful landscapes anywhere. Possibly for leisurely sightseeing or trekking. Himachal has everything: skiing, fishing, paragliding, golf, ice skating, and more.
Manali is a beautiful hill station with the twisting Heas River serving as its magnificent focal point. Manali is surrounded by enormous snow-capped mountains and dense pine forests. The state of Himachal Pradesh's Manali is well known for its breathtaking Himalayan splendour. This stunning hill resort, which is a terrified land and the home of several Gods and Goddesses, has a full programme of vibrant events and festivals.
Marah is known as the "queen of valleys" and was given that title by the ancient Indian jurist. Manu Manali, which literally translates to "the residence of Manu," is a significant location in terms of Indian ethnic culture and history.
There are two main seasons that drive tourism in Manal. The second major period for Kullu Manali tourism is the wedding season, when thousands of honeymooning couples visit the area. Both of these periods coincide with the summer holiday season, when many individuals and families visit this location on Manali vacation packages.
When travelling across some of India's highest mountain passes to reach the snow-covered colours of Ladakh, Manali also proves to be a charming pit break. On your route to Leh Ladakh, Manal also features some of the historic villages that the Tibetans left behind. In addition, the Chandrakhani-Malana path, Beas kund Trek, and Bhrigu Lake Trek are well-known treks departing from Manali.
