Yoga is not all about asanas or we say poses.It is much more than that.We should understand that Yoga is not only beneficial on physical level but it also helps in keeping our mind relaxed.

Yoga is like a all rounder in keeping our body fit from both side mentally and physically.

It is also helpful in reducing our body weight.Also,it is easier than regular exercises which needs intense workout sometimes with equipments.The weight of person  should be lie in specific range.That is why it is very important to control our weight.

Yoga is helpful in relief from stress.It keeps our mind stable and also attract inner peace.Today,s lifestyle is so stressed.Majority of people are living stressful life.Employees are in stressed from companies work.Students are worried about their future.Competition is rising in every field day by day.We see daily inflation news on our television.All these problems create unstability in our mind.Yoga can help you to reduce your anxiety.

Yoga also improves our digestion process.Good digestion means good amount of energy we will get.You will feel more energetic throughout the day.Also, it will also affect your work in positive manner because with more energy you will become more productive.Your mind will feel positivity.

One of the best advantage of doing Yoga is it improves our body posture.Friends we all have minor or major defects in our posture.This is because of our daily lifestyle. For example:- if we sit for a time like 8 hours daily for our work then how can we expect healthy structure of our body.This is why it is necessary to do Yoga or exercise to improve our posture also to protect ourselfs from other major problems which can be caused by bad posture.

Yoga is so helpful in detoxification our body.Our body must be cleaned on daily basis to keep our organs healthy.And , as i said earlier that Yoga is beneficial in digestion then it also means that it is also helpful in removing toxic substances from our body through digestion.Yoga can  increase our intuition and also helpful in curing internal injury in our body.
