Hello friends, we already know that it is very important for us to stay fit because various diseases are coming into the existence.Our immunity must be very strong to combat with them.

Suger or diabetes is a kind of disease which can change your lifestyle for forever.This happens because of high level of suger in the blood.Our body is not able to utilize liquid insulin .It is able to weaken our eyesight which means low productivity in the work.

High sugar in blood can interrupt in functioning of our kidneys.Many Indians are suffering from kidney related issues.Sugar is emerging in the country with a very high rate.

We can regulate our diabetes by doing proper medications and exercise.Many research have shown as that we can control our blood sugar by doing this.

Another kind of disease is related to our heart.Heart attack is so common now. Lack of exercise makes our heart muscles weak which results in weak pumping force.Due to this reason our heart is not able to do his work properly.Feeling tired and weak from inside is a symptom of weak heart.There are ways by which we can keep our heart fit and can protect ourself from heart attack.

Eating healthy will keep your blood clean which means your heart will not do much work to eliminate contaminations.

Always be active play outdoor games as much you can.Running and sprinting will help you to keep your nerves strong.

Do not smoke too much because it can cause your lungs weak and then you can't run for long time to exercise.

Obesity is another kind of headache in new world.Many people across the globe are suffering from it.In often cases it is a side effect of not doing enough exercise.obesity is common in today's kid  lifebecause of their lifestyle.

Kids of new era like to play indoor games mostly.Reduction in physical activity will lead to them in obesity.

Obesity can be the reason of heart fail and kidney failure.This so underrated in India.Many people in India like to eat oily and fatty foods.In India our food plates have enough fat but low protein.Low protein intake in diet can lead to permanent weakness in the body.we should always try to eat balanced food.Diet should be taken into balanced proportion.
