•  They have to be creative in their work and have ample skills to handle various situations.

• Contributors have to be self-aware.
• They have to know about their personal competency and They have to use it for the welfare of society.
• They can do SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis for self-awareness.

6. Virtue Development:
