This K-drama will very connected to some people very closely “marry my huband”

On Monday, January 1, 2024, tvN and Prime Video released the first episode of the much anticipated K-drama about retaliation, Marry My Husband. Popular South Korean actress Park Min-Young plays Kang Ji-Won, the main character in the new series. In addition, the intriguing tale of Ji-Won is the focal point of the series. In this K-drama, Ji-Won discovers her husband has been having an affair with her best friend, and he murders her.

Her destiny changes as she goes back in time to exact revenge on her best friend and spouse. Watching Marry My Husband episode 1 is quite entertaining since it delves right into the primary plot, providing viewers with an exciting and captivating experience.

Kang Ji-Won, played by Park Min-Young, is seen in the opening scene of Marry My Husband's first episode sitting on a hospital bed. She has cancer that is in its latter stages. Soon, her best friend, Jung Soo-Min (Song Ha-Yoon), visits her in the hospital and encourages her to stay strong. Ji-Won continues by telling her that her spouse has been unfaithful to her. Later on, Kang Ji-Won begins to reflect on her unsettling marriage to Park Min-Hwan (Lee Yi-Kyung).

He doesn't care about her aspirations. He abuses Ji-Won horribly, along with his mother, and curses her for not being able to conceive. He & her mother-in-law always make her feel inferior. Even when they learn about Ji-Won’s cancer, they make her do all the office and domestic work while Park Min-Hwan quits his job to invest in the stock market. It's clear that Ji-Won's existence with her in-laws and spouse is dangerous and unhealthy.

In the following scene of the episode, the hospital informs Ji-Won that her guardian must cover the costs of her ongoing care. Then, Ji-Won tries to phone her spouse, but he doesn't answer. So she makes the decision to take a taxi to her house and confront him about the hospital cost. The cabbie assures her that she will have a wonderful life when she gets off the vehicle.

The shocking revelation:

Ji-Won sees something terrible when she goes inside her house. Her closest friend, Jung Soo-Min, is the cheater her husband is seeing. They are also talking about the insurance payout they will get following Ji-Won's passing. She confronts the two out of rage. Then, in an attempt to keep her husband from receiving the insurance money, she threatens to tell the authorities everything.

After that, Park Min-Hwan becomes agitated and pushes Ji-Won against a glass table out of sheer fury. She suffers severe injuries before meeting an untimely end. But immediately following her passing, she awakens in 2013, ten years prior to her passing. Her then-boyfriend, her husband, works in the same workplace where she is.

She loses all control and quickly flees after seeing him and her best friend at work. Her supervisor Yoo Ji-Hyeok (Na In-Woo) is the only person who has been there for her during the whole commotion. Ji-Won discovers she has traveled back in time when she gets home. She also discovers that her father, who seemed to have assisted her in some way, was the previous cab driver.

Ji-Won now has knowledge of future events. She is aware that both her best friend and husband will deceive her. She also observes that no matter what, what is meant to happen in the future will happen. However, she can force someone else to control her destiny in order to alter her own. She therefore intends to exact revenge for her passing by forcing her best friend, Jung Soo-Min, to marry Park Min-Hwan in order to fulfill her destiny. This concludes episode 1 of Marry My Husband.
