The 21st century possesse many challenges that require new ways of thinking, none more important role than the economic role of women in the changing world. But although women remain blocked from all their potential. In some countries the capital income lag due to the this reason and they are not provided with equal opportunity. But an overall development had been occurring now a days and mainly it's over urban areas,then what about the rural ? They are blocked by their own families because of the fake myths. In order to overcome this the government also provides basic facilities and make them aware of education and the power of education. 

     EDUCTION is only a foundation on which any change can be occur. It's not only education the true fact complete through Education, Learning and Leadership. Education help women to breakdown all the shackles of exclusion. Education is the key factor of this change so that each and every woman would be able to change their attitude and mindset over all the myths. 

     The second factor is LABOUR. Labor helps women to flourish their true potential. But at the present,when women participate in the workforce they often get stuck with low paying, low security, low status jobs. All of us had been heared about the law “Equal pay for equal work!” But we can see it only on the papers practicall  women are eliminated from the society even if they are the integral part. So to bring a better result the attitude of the public has to be change by giving priority to women so that they can open their minds to the society. Which will enable them to develop the positive energy.For that, education and labour make a person determined and courage. We need to credit so that women can achieve greater economic independence.

     LEADERSHIP,that enables women to rise and fulfil their innate abilities and talents. Here,there is plenty of room for improvement.The irony is that when women lead they tend to do good a job as other,if not a better job. They are more likely to make decisions based on consensus-building, inclusion,compassion and with a focus on long-term sustainability. It is true that women sometimes lack the confidence to match their competitors. But they need the change that mindset and reset the narrative on their favor. It important to women to take the risk to step out  of their comfort zones.

   It is time to create a word where all women can meet their potential without impediments  oor prejudices and so that the world will reap the benefits.
