Leadership is very hard to perform. We find people around us who pretend to be a leader but fail to prove it. Many who call themselves a leader fail to perform when they really should. The fear to come forward and tackle the situation. They fear of other peoples thinking. They fear of failures.

Leadership is the act of responding to a tough situation with proper detail. It is the quality which, when you have it, you lead others by examples and not by name.

Leadership is all about POSITIONAL POWER and not the PERSONAL POWER. Before we move forward let's find out what these two terms mean. PERSONAL POWER and POSITIONAL POWER.

Both the term throw out the same meaning but with different routs.

PERSONAL POWER : In simple words it refers to a person who is a successor of someone and is sitting in his predecessor's seat. For example (John's father is a king who has now gone old and want's John to rule the place. So in this case John will have the PERSONAL POWER but his father had the POSITIONAL POWER) there is a very thin line between the two words but both have deep meaning.

POTITIONAL POWER is the power which is earned over the year's. It requires strong command over controlling of different situations. It is something which is given by people around you for example public. 

Example 2 : Megha won the best leadership award of the year by the students of her college. She had worked really hard and proved that she deserves the prize. She has headed various event's and made the college proud. She always speaks on behalf of people and this is the reason why she won the best Leadership award. Here Megha proved her qualities and worked hard and was nominated by the entire college so this is the example of POSITIONAL POWER.

1. Great act of kindness makes a Leader called as a Leader.
2. Great deeds makes a person called a Leader.
3. A person who speaks on behalf of entire team is called as a leader because he speaks for the people not for himself.
4. A person who is always the first one to make a move forward in all situations (GOOD OR BAD) is a Leader.
5. A person who is ready to face tough situations and says that “i will handle it”, he is a Leader.
6. A Leader is always a team player.
7. A Leader loves to give credit and praises to his/her teammates in every small achievements.
8. A Leader leads by example.
9. A Leader will always focus on that one (1) good thing and ignore (99) bad things that will make you great.
10. A Leader is always pre-planned for all hurdles that will come on his/her's teams way because they have the power to judge the situation.
11. A Leader will not say “this can't be done” but will always encourage his team to do it no matter how hard it is. He makes you believe that the end is always like honey.
12. A Leader is always full of patience. He stays cool and calm in all tough situations which makes him to take right decisions at the right time.
13. A Leader always treats everyone equally.
14. A Leader makes you believe that every thing is tough for the first time unless you try it by yourself.

It takes years to build that trust within people and make them believe that you are the right person who can lead unless you prove yourself. If you lack patience and have extreme anger work on yourself and follow these you will surely see the difference.

There are great people and you know what! there are infuse 2% of people who rule the entire 98% of people and there are 98% of people who dont even contribute to 2% of the entire world. Ask yourself, in which category do you wish to see yourself. Is it the great (2% club) or the (98% club) who wish to be ruled by 2%. Find out today.
