Some of them will use it wisely for their study, some of them will waste time on reading this on social media, some may lose their path and drown in this world of social media. Now you have to classify the type of person your kid is and act wisely. And if you still can not decide about it then please do a kind of trial for about 1 month. If you are still not satisfied you can try for a little longer. I hope that will fulfill your queries about the same. But also keen in mind the age of your kid. Teens are more prone to risks on social media. If your child is less than 13 please don't give them access to a private phone. They don't know about the world. They can be bullied or misused online. Please take care of your kids. Please save their life. Nobody knows what is going to happen. Also guys please keep a check on their phone usage. But please also take care of their privacy. Dont take any risks with your children. It will cost you their trust. They might never trust you again. So please take care of these things also. Good parenting is not what everyone knows so please look from your child's point of view and try to understand them. Try bonding with them. They will tell you everything. Just trust them. Your children will grow. They need their space. Give them space. Give them time. But please dont try to take their independence. They need space. Give them their phone. But in a limit. Thankyou
