Tip 1:-
Burn Your Pain!
When you're broken, write the reason in a sheet of paper and burn it. While burning it be bold and promise yourself that βI will overcome it β or β nothing is going to stop me! β.
Tip 2 :-
Cry louder but make sure know one notice you!
Don't boil yourself with your emotions. Just Break It Out! Cry so hard that after crying you get somewhat relaxed and get a inner inspiration to move on.
Tip 3 :-
Share Your Thoughts But Not With Humans!
From sharing you expect caring right! But while sharing your thoughts with your closed one's are you sure that your feelings are safe with them! Absolutely NOT! If you can't manage your feelings then how can you expect them to?! Share your feelings with your pets. You may feel it as funny, but it is the right way to heal your pain. They won't use it as an advantage over you!
Tip 4 :-
Let Them Gossip!
Don't bother about it. Believe in yourself. If you trust yourself no one can break your mood! Don't focus on gossips instead focus only on your goals.
Tip 5 :-
Trust Yourself!
Don't trust anyone anymore! If you trust too much you naturally expect too much from them! Sometimes that expectations hurts you the most! Trust yourself. Believe me, no one can understand you better than yourself! You have the power to heal yourself, don't wait for someone to do it for you.
You may find these tips are so simple and may feel funny. But, believe me they are sooo effective!
When you have a strong desire for something you will work hard to achieve it. In the same way as you love yourself more than anything, when you get hurt you should try it heal it by yourself!
