The important thing in life is to understand that every beginning will have an end. Be it a good relationship or a successful job, anything that has begun will end one day. The key to a happy life is to hold on to something and at the same time be willing to let it go. Life is not an exam you write to score well. It is a journey where you enjoy the little moments, meet new people and explore the world.
Society has laid down a certain set of rules and regulations which we are told to adhere to from the very beginning of our life. It has already been programmed how we should live even before we are born. We don't get a lot of options to choose from and if we do something out of the box, there are high chances we become the black sheep. A handful of people dare to do something that is not pre-programmed, they may or may not succeed in life but they will always be happy people.
Consider this situation, you are well educated with a high paying job and has a good reputation in society. Everyone seeing you from the outside has a happy image of you but deep down inside your heart, you wanted to be an artist. Each day you wake up feeling sad with disappointment piling up daily.
Picture yourself in this situation. What will you do if it were you?
Many a time the answer is simple, we keep all the feelings of dissatisfaction to ourselves and go on living a life we don't like. Only a few people will dare to break out of the loop that has long been laid by society.
Man is a social animal. He cannot live without a band of his kind around him. We need people around us to support us. We are co-dependent. Society and its edicts are indeed necessary to manage such a large population. But, in the present scenario, when we look more closely at the way society works, we find that most of the rules and regulations are devolving the humans rather than helping them evolve and achieve new heights.
Looking more closely into the topic, somewhere in the middle of achieving a developed life, society wants us to hold on to things as if they are never going to end. We don't have unlimited time here, we are born and one day we will die. In between this bounded time, all we can do is to be happy or at least try to be happy. When you find it hard to come out of the loop, remember,
“Every beginning will have an end”
