Hi, beauties !! Here is my first blog with one of the ingredient which changed my life and I going share to how can we use this ingredient in our daily life and what is the benefits… Tada “ Flaxseeds” is the ingredient which I am going to share about. It can be used for Skincare, Haircare and can also be added to your diet for weight loss and other health benefits

  1. Skincare : Flaxseeds have Omega-3 fatty acids which are known to reduce inflammation and help with premature ageing. When applied as a mask, the gel-like consistency dries up and makes the face feel stiff,  helps to keep skin hydrated and reduce inflammation. How to use : Grind overnight soaked flax seeds to a paste and add honey and lemon juice to it. Make a mixture and apply it on your face. Let it dry for 30 minutes before washing it off. or Add flaxseeds to boiling water and stir it well. Cover the bowl and let it be for 4 hours. Once done, apply it on your face and neck as well. Let it dry and Wash it off with water.
  2. Haircare :  Flaxseeds are good for hair, enriched with goodness of fatty acids, Vitamin B & E which accelerate hair growth and strengthen your hair. It helps to keep straight hair smooth and moisturized and can be used as natural hair conditioner after shampoo. How to use : Can be applied as oil or gel (Soak the flaxseeds for 10 mins and then boil the flaxseeds until you get gel like consistency, filter the gel and apply to your hair as conditioner) or mask (Soak the flaxseeds for 10 mins and grind into paste apply to your hair like mask, keep until it dry and wash it with mild shampoo). It can also be used with fenugreek, soak both flaxseed and fenugreek together, grind and follow the above steps.
  3. Health Benefits : Flax seeds have been linked to health benefits, such as improved digestion and a reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. How to intake : grind the 1 tablespoon of raw flax seeds and add them into a glass of water. or Bake ground flaxseed into cookies, muffins, breads and other baked goods.
