Now let's begin. From decades we have been using physical Exfoliation , to get rid of dead cells from our face and get a healthy glow. When I was a kid I remember my mother use to make physical scrubs at home. please bear with me guys. So she use to grind some rice and make it a paste adding some honey and milk into it . And me and my sister we both use to apply it in our entire face and rub it like hell. Omg 😳 it was our Sunday pampering session back then . And this is how I disrupted my skin's natural barrier. And I was suffering from contact dermatitis. My skin became dehydrated and no moisturiser was suiting my skin. I was in so pain back then. Then I came to know about chemical exfoliating I was kinda surprised to hear about alpha hydroxy acid and beta hydroxy acid I used to think back then that how can people use acid in face it and it can be only used to clean bath tubs . Then I came to know that they are gentle but effective if you use it in right concentration and effective manner. 

I started with 10% AHA peel off mask frim dot and key. That is you need to wash it off after keeping in face for 10mins . And I was okay with it. My skin kinda felt good. At first I use to use it once in 15 days but after a month I started using it once a week at my night time skincare routine . And follow up with a sunprotection the next day. And make sure you don't use any active ingredient like vitamin c or retinol the night you are using chemical exfoliation. Follow up with a niacinamide or hyaluronic serum or squalene.

You can also try the 2% bha serum once or twice a week to make sure that your skin is close comedon free. Be MINIMALIST 2% salicylic acid serum and cleanser is the best they are affordable and fragrance free at the same time.

Chemical exfoliation is nothing but much better than physical exfoliation as the former removes dead skin cell more gently than the latter.
