What Happened Next? - School Rangoli Competition Part - 2

Hello bloggers, welcome to the next part of the story and I am really grateful that you read my previous ones, in case you did😅.

So far, the girls had gone mad at us for including a rocket in our rangoli design, which was already present in their design and they had already complained about it to the class teacher who had simply told us to change our topic which, for us, was apparently not possible for us. All these things were running through our minds as we sat silently.

So, it was the third period and the Hindi teacher was showing us a story on the smart board. But little did she know that their were some boys who were not paying attention on it at all. It was us, haha🤣.

Let me remind you that the class teacher had not seen anyone's design yet. So, we decided to show her both the designs of boys and girls to make her understand that there was no conflict in the designs except for a rocket, which actually didn't matter!

Before moving ahead, let me introduce you to miss Sana Nasreen, seemingly the boss of the girls team. Well, she is actually good. She is intelligent, nice, wise, a bit shy too but just like every other girl in this world, stubborn. She was the second girls' prefect of the class and a respectable personality, but wait, you don't know ME yet😎.

We were made the prefect according to roll numbers and since it was the first prefect batch, the first four roll numbers were monitors.

1 - Anuj Kumar Patel(It's me😎): First boys prefect

2 - Astha Singh : First girls' prefect

3 - Sana Nasreen : Second girls' prefect

4 - Shobhit Gupta : Second boys' prefect (he was in the team too)

(note - Our roll numbers were according to our ranks😎)

Well, I had just been a very simple introvert kind of guy minding my own business. I had never had any matter with girls and neither had I ever expected to have. The same was true for her.

She kept refusing any of our agreements towards the problem. Everytime she did that, I just wanted to say to her, “Hey, you ARE a nice girl, I agree, but with all due respect, what the hell do you want?”

All we needed now was girls' rangoli design to present it to our class teacher so that we could prove that there actually was no conflict.

But they (backed by that smart girl) refused to give us the drawing. We were like, “Seriously?”. This was the part where we weren't gonna remain calm anymore. Also there were four rows in my classroom and we and the girls were on the opposite ends, so we couldn't argue this time either.

Following this, I showed up and used my useful memory to recreate girls' rangoli design which I had seen an hour earlier in the library. I made an (almost) same copy of it and decided to show it to our class teacher. Though the girls were infuriated at this idea, I had to do it. At the inside, I felt sorry for them, but I shut my unconscious mind down and headed straight to the room where she had been teaching as soon as the period ended.

She paused for a second…

“Then its okay, no need to change your designs.” she said.

I came back to the class with the triumph of victory but as I stepped in, I faced Sana standing right there. Before I could even think of something, she said, “I have an idea for you guys…” and so I thought that finally she was going to say something relevant. She continued, “change you topic to…” huh, again! And I interrupted by saying, “why don't you do it yourself?” I don't know if she was sad but she simply went back to her seat and I, to mine.

End note - Boys won the first prize and the girls got nothing but humiliation😄.

Surprisingly, you are reading till here. Thank you for reading the complete blog and following me might be a good idea.
