Sigh…hello people and welcome to another blog of mine and thank you for reading my previous ones, in case you did.
Well, I have one bad and one very bad(or maybe good, you'll know) news. Let's start with the bad one, which is that my exams are to be started from 10th of september, which means from tomorrow itself. And the very bad news is that the first exam is of Social Science I have not prepared for Social Science at all👏👏. This may cause me some inactivity on candlemonk, which I never wanted or even expected.
Another bad news is that since I am in 10th standard, these are going to be my board exams. So what's bad in it? It is that the exams starting from tomorrow are not my board exams but just some preparatory exams for the pre-board one which will be held a month later. So two exams are going to hit me straight.
Due to these exams, we are not going outside to play badminton any more and my friends even hesitate to come in the evening to have our regular walk, which pisses me off even more.
But, finally one good news, especially for me, is that now I am awakened and can see the broader picture of this game.
Exams were invented and before that there used to be no exams and I bet my whole property that in those times, students used to have more knowledge than after exams started.
The paradoxical thing here is that we can normally see that a student has a capability to learn the taught concepts very easily but as soon as the exams start, which were made to strengthen their knowledge, this capability in them reduces. They are no more able to grasp the concepts because their brain simply rejects it since it has already been overloaded with tension. Tension, but of what? Tension of whether they would be able to clear the exams or not. So their marks reduce the moment they hear about exams.
And hey, what do you think you'll prove by scoring good marks in an exam by writing what you have learnt a day before exams? Exams are to check whether the student remembers what has been taught throughout the year or not. But they actually havn't studied a thing for the whole year except for the few days just before exams and they are surely gonna forget it all soon. But no one cares about it. All they care about is whether they have got the MARKS or not! Marks which hide the true strength of students and give them a false motivation that they deserve the praise from people.
My mother has just started scolding me for not studying since the Exams have started, well, someone please let her know that studying for the exams just a few days before exams wouldn't be ‘studying’ anymore.
Please let me know if you think that I am wrong.
Thank you for reading this blog till the last and
