Failing towards opportunities make you learn a new things and help in improving  yourself in regards to personalities waiting for the start but unable to cross the so called #stereotype barrier. Getting things done or get to know serious issue faced by youngsters  throughout the country doing Masters degree is rife in these days. Got to know a number of suitable opportunity challenged and filled by desired candidates thinking about the so called #new India. It seems more unemployed as all are studying and doing jobs which are only for bread and butter. The lack of jobs deteriorating  the situation and make it worse. Every second house contain a person who lacks interest in his or her office , not enjoying their job time. They lack passion and compassion towards job. Making a business seems not so easy, people started moving towards investing or establish businesses or moving abroad for better opportunities. 

Opportunities does strike but they all are taken away due to nepotism. Every job comes with favorite of person in power and politics. I have seen in private sector as many cases of nepotism. Many people getting the job not worthy or even productive as it leads to create more pressure on the person who works on their talent. They are known as #donkeys and they do continuous eight hour shift without rest. The person who got selected on the basis on their relations. They always ignore the opportunities good for organizations and not even does any fruitful work. These things lead to downgrading of organizations and it affect their objectives.

Hardwork pays off only when you are growing in your experiences and even in your field.

A strong desire to fulfill your dreams will help to achieve them. A little luck adds a boon to the dream achievement.

If you want to change the world start changing your bedsheet. Do work hard and always determine for your dreams. There are lots of people who will make you think that you are not capable of achieving big dreams. So stop replying and work on achieving your dreams. When we will achieve our dreams then it will be big slap on the faces of the person who pass negative comments.
