Recently, we have been listening to the word Pegasus Spyware in  several NEWS Channels. So, if you missed watching NEWS I want to let you know about this Spyware in a brief.

Pegasus Spyware was 1st developed in 2016 by Israeli cyberarms firm NSO Group. It was one of the popular spywares in the world. It can be installed on mobile phones running most versions of Android and even on IOS. 

Pegasus is capable of reading messages, tracking calls and locations, can collect passwords, can access target device's microphone and camera, and can get information from apps that were using by us. This spyware is named after the mythical winged horse Pegasus. It is a Trojan horse that can be sent flying through the air to infect phones.

Pegasus is used by hackers to track our activities. Our phones get infected by them through BUGS. BUG BOUNTY is a reward offered to the people by big companies like facebook, google, microsoft, for those who found bugs in the software. These people finds the bug and report them to those companies. But there are other people who don't report to these companies but they will sell that thing to hackers. And these hackers uses that bug to attack target devices and demands them against their data. Pegasus is also used for these purposes only, but why did this became so popular at a once? And the TV channels said" This spyware was used by some political parties against their oppositions to know stuff about them and all.." 

Let us know how this was used in India by attackers. The phone numbers of several Indian ministers, election commissioners were found in NSO databases. This spyware can read our WhatsApp messages and store them to blackmail us. But it won't target on common people like us. Spywares like these were used by high class people to know their enemies secrets and many things. It was also reported that the Indian Government has used to spy on Pakistan Prime Minister and on diplomats from Afghanistan, China.

This was all about this Pegasus Spyware. We even can't know if this enters our mobile phones. So .guys please be careful and don't share any sensitive content on social media or anywhere. Once you posted any photo in social media it will never get deleted, even if you deleted their, that photo will already get stored in servers.
