Hello Everyone,

In this Blog, I have to share about Joint Family. My kid's only the reason to choose this topic. He learned about the Nuclear family Big Families, and Joint families. After he learned about family, he told me, Mom, today I learned about family. Can I ask you something? I said okay, dear. He asked me, Mom, why don't we live as Joint Family? At least why, we were not a Big Family; I was a little worried about that. Yes, we are a nuclear family. But I explained to my kid about our and our family situation. That's when I was thinking about joint family, and now I want to share that.

In this modern scenario, only a few people are lived as a joint family. They enjoyed living as a joint family, and I'm so happy for them. Some people live in prominent families, and most live in nuclear families.

 In the early days, most of our family members lived as a joint family full of happiness. Parents, kids, Grandparents, uncles, aunts and their children all were lived in one house. They are all helping one another. All kids are playing together. 

If any crucial time came, they discussed it with their family and made the right decision. All family members are supportive and helpful when each person needs them. Parents and kids got guidance from their elders. Kids heard more stories from their grandparents.

If any festivals functions came, they all celebrated together with more fun and happiness.

I also lived in a joint family in my childhood. Then we lived as a big family with my grandparents. Now we are a nuclear family. We are pushed to live like this. It may depend upon the work-study situation etc.

When we lived as a big family, if any function or festival came, my father strictly told us nobody was permitted to go out. We all should celebrate together. Talk with each other, eat food altogether, play with everyone like song guessing, musical chairs games etc. At that time, we didn't have enough money, luxury things etc., but I was so happy and enjoyed those days. Living with Joint Family is heaven. Now I missed those beautiful days.

Now we had adequate money and the necessary things. But today, we are only a few members in most of the family. But most days we are not together, not to talk with each other. Not eating together and so on.

Although we are not able to live as a joint family, we can live happily together with all our family members in our, family.
