In our older generation, people made a system like all household work would do by ladies only i.e., females. Whether it is a small girl or an older adult, she only does household chores like cooking, washing vessels, clothes, cleaning the house, and more. 
People thought men should go out for work and women should do all the house works. It is a stringent rule, then. Some of our great grandparents are done the same. They split their work like this. It has been followed by many for a long time.
But now the generation changed. Most people have broad-minded and thought-provoking. All women are going to work more than men. In previous generations, some of the women also worked cultivating food like farming. But some people in this ultra-modern world also think certain housework belongs to females.
Why are they like this? Even some females also support this system. Because they looked at their ancestors and thought it was right based on the fact that they lived the same way.
Most of this generation of people breaks that old rule. Men and women both work without any time restrictions. Most of the men help their families by doing the household work. Sorry, most men share the house chores with their partners, parents, and other family members. I am delighted for those men who share their house works.
Parents should teach all household work to their children from their childhood. First, tell them to do their own work, whether a girl or a boy. When kids turn three years old, they can fold their clothes and bed sheets, arrange their toys or books on a shelf or box after playing or studying, take their plates after eating and all other minor things. 
When kids grow up a little older, they can wash their plates, fill up water bottles, help mom in the kitchen and so on. It will help our kids to understand we can do all the household work. So they can do their own or share all housework in the future.
Finally, whether women are working or not, every man can do or share household work. House making is the most challenging job. Women can do this job better than men. Women are multi-talent. She can do more work at the same time. So please don't say like it is household work; this is all a job. Then don't ask like this can’t we do all these jobs? Share all house chores with your all family members.
