Indian history is a wide range of true stories, it consists of economics, politics, finance, art, culture and many more. I always thought about the male and female leaders in India and their ruling strategies and impact in general. But I have doubt, the women rulers can diminish the factors such as non-violence from Indian politics. Here I try to resolve this doubt. Normally, the leaders are always trying to lead their community together. Some leaders show a peaceful way by following non-violence, very few of them believe that, they can gain everything through their sword. In my perspective, there is no gender difference for this.
When we are searching through history, we can see that kings of every kingdom fought for money, land, freedom, or peace. The famous Akbar, Shajahan , Maurya emperors and other kings attempted many wars. A normal person feels that wars are only for men and women are incapable. But our own history proved that political violence exists during the tenure of women leaders.
Sulthana raziya, was a ruler of the Delhi sulthanate. She was the only Muslim women ruler in Delhi. She led numerous wars during her tenure. The wars are mainly against robbers and rulers of other kingdoms, who try to defeat them. The cause and effect of war varies according to the needs. In recent years, the struggles for existence done by various leaders in the world. Kuwait's war, Afghan war are few among them. Mostly we headed the violence act of male rulers. The main reason for that, the number of female leaders are minute.
Again back to Indian history, one of the most important names is Indira Gandhi. She was the central figure of Indian national congress and also first and to date, only female prime minister of India. She is known as the iron lady of India, and she really deserves it. Apart from her great achievements, she also took part in some political activities knowingly or unknowingly. She ordered a military operation called Operation blue star in 1984 to remove Sikh activists from the Golden temple, Amritsar. The after effect of this made a huge impact on Indian politics. That was a great year of uncertainty and violence there by, it leads to the assassination of Indira Gandhi. A national emergency was came in to force on her regime. It also causes starvation and scarcity of money and various raw materials in India, this leads to numerable controversies, conflicts and violence all over India.
Leaders, even it is men or women, need to keep a profile for the sake of people. Violence is not a by product of men rulers. It may happen by the specific circumstances.
